Bret Covher

President and CEW (Chief Executive Worker)

Bret discovered his passion for construction somewhere around  the age of 7 with his first lego set.  Though other interests fed his love to create like studying music all through the schooling years, he found he could completely express his creativity by designing and building homes.  Bret is the father of 3 children, the president of Carolina Builder Services and doesn't know when to quit working and stop to smell the roses, but he's getting there...

 Rafa manages multiple projects making sure all of our jobs get done right, even if he has to do some of the work himself. He is also one of our chief project estimators and communicates very well with all of the Carolina Builder customers, especially being bi-lingual. He has been with the company for 14 years and is a key asset.

 Rafa states, "As your Project Manager, I am personally involved on-site, ensuring that every weld, joint, and seal meets our 25 year legacy of quality."

TJ is the newest member of our Project Management team and has been with us for almost 5 years. He has many years of experience in the construction industry.

 This guy possesses the most positive "can do" attitude a person can have. 

Greg has been a member of our Project Management team for almost 10 years with many prior years of experience in the construction industry.  He previously owned his own construction company in central Florida.  

Greg and his wife, Tonya, have always wanted to live here in the mountains, and finally decided to pull the plug on the large population rat race.

Tami is part of the glue for Carolina Builder Services and keeps things moving steadily with her organizational skills and an eye for creative detail pertaining to interior design.

 Her smile brightens the room even as she is delivering a stern

 "No, Bret is busy!"

  Tami is also the loving mother of two autistic boys
